Coloring Down the Lines-Soft suede

I've got a hard act to follow, for sure, as our leader Robbie has a beautiful card again.  www.inkedx2.blogspot.com.  This week we used Soft Suede with either  So Saffron and Regal Rose, Or Soft Suede with Baja Breeze and Cherry Cobbler.   I chose the first option, and then I didn't know what to do with them, but this is what happened to it.  Not sure what I think, but there it is.  I know that Helen will do a knockout job, so lets go see what she did.  www.bluedahliadesigns.blogspot.com.  Enjoy the rest of the ladies' creations.  I can't wait to see them either.  Thanks for visiting, and see you next week.  carol Smith

Coloring Down the Lines- Very Vanilla

Good morning, Ladies!  Another challenge, and this one is Very Vanilla.  We either chose to put perfect plum and rose red (as i did), OR regal rose and not quite navy.  You've just seen the beautiful card from Amanda at www.ourcraftyplaydate.blogspot.com.  I love it, and I'm sure you will too.  I made this card originally for my mother-in-law, so I just used this week's colors.  It worked out well, and she loved it!  Now lets go over and visit Helen at www.bluedahliadesigns.blogspot.com  and see what she created this time.  I can't wait to see it either.  Thanks for visiting again.  Carol Smith

Coloring Down the Lines -Sahara Sand

Wow, I just about forgot to post!  Yay, it's our color blog hop again, and we are working our way through the neutrals.  This week is Sahara Sand, either with bravo burgundy and pink pirouette, OR Pacific Point and Cajun Craze.  I could not wrap my brain around the latter, so I went with the pink and burgundy choice.  I used the new stamp set "simply sketched" from the hostess sets.  The natural ribbon was very close if not exactly like sahara sand.  I like it.  Let's see what Amanda did with hers.  I'm sure we will love what she made. www.ourcraftyplaydate.blogspot.com.  Then proceed to Helen's take on this one.  I always love what she does, don't you?  I feel blessed to be able to play along with so much talent.  Helen's blog is www.bluedahliadesigns.blogspot.com.  Thanks for visiting, and enjoy.  Carol Smith

Two By Two

Hi!  This is my attempt at using the two by two stamp.  I had a baby gift to give away, and I thought this was sooooo cute!  I'm glad I got it,  because it is gone, now.  Hope you like it.  Thanks for visiting me.  Carol Smith

pink mixed Bunch

hope you are enjoying your Tuesday!  Rainy here-  this is just a pink version of my last entry.  It's hard to see, but I stamped the luminese ink over top of them.  Adds extra shine and bling.  Thanks for visiting.  Carol Smith

Coloring Down the Lines-Crumb cake

Boy, this week rolled around, didn't it?  Course, we took turns being sick, so that may be why-  Anyway, this week was Crumb cake choices, and I chose the latter, which was crumb cake, cajan craze, and garden green.  I am happy that I only used those 3 colors without a neutral.  And I know that since you've come from  Amanda's blog at www.ourcraftyplaydate.blogspot.com, that she did a wonderful job as usual, too.  Always look forward to her ideas.  Our next stop is at Helen's blog  www.bluedahliadesigns.blogspot.com.  I always love what she comes up with, her work is so precise and clear.  And gorgeous, too!  Hope you are having fun today.  Thanks for visiting. Coloring Down the Lines-Always Artichoke & River Rock

Hello, and welcome to our blog hop.  Robbie is our leader, and I know since you've come from her blog, you are already stoked. She is so talented, and her ideas always get me thinking... her blog is www.inkedx2.blogspot.com.  This week she wanted us to use always artichoke and river rock.  I must say, I think this is the first time I only used 2 colors without a neutral.  this one was pretty easy, considering only 2 colors.  So now lets go to Helen's site at www.bluedahliadesigns.blogspot.com.  Her card is gorgeous, don't you think?  Always is!!!  Thanks for visiting, and have a great day!  Carol Smith
