Color Challenge

This is pretty simple, but it DID take me about an hour to get done.  Didn't know how it would end up.  The medallion borders go all the way to the back, and I put an apothacary Welcome on the front.  Added a bow in pear pizzazz.  Done. I also added a little crystal in the birdhouse.  So cute, don't you think? Come join us at the Sunny Morning Chat at http://www.butternutsagedesigns.blogspot.com/.  Thanks for looking.  Carol Smith

Bordering on Romance

I love this card.  My daughter made it for me for my Birthday!  I could learn a thing or two from her, she is gifted in her own right, also.  She gets it honest.(haha).  Anyway, thank you Melissa!!!  Love you.  Thanks for looking.  Carol Smith

Have a Seat, Because I Care

Not sure how I feel about these, but that's what I put together.  I bought some felt flowers and these metal pins from Paper Wishes.   They are cute, though.  Add a border, a little scoring, and done!  Thanks for looking.  See ya later. Carol Smith

Welcome Spring

Good morning!  Join us for the sunny stamping chat challenge at http://www.butternutsagedesigns.blogspot.com/.  This challenge was for a Spring card. Nothing reminds me of spring more than flowers, butterflies, and gardening.  So many choices, but this is what I created!  I hope you enjoy it, the picture was hard to take.  I have put little crystals in the flower centers, and the edge of the oval I used the versa marker and put pewter embossed on it for some bling.  Thanks for joining us... Sandy,

Sandy, thank you so much for your comments...  yes, the paper has a shimmer to it.  I got that paper at Michaels, it was a Christmas pack.  Hate to admit it's not Stampin UP, but we all do that I am guessing.  :) Carol

Fashionable hearts

This turned out pretty cute.  It's a birthday card for someone who's BD is on Valentine's Day!  a 2 in one!  :) The big heart is a cutout, edged in pearls, and the smaller ones are the fashionable hearts die. the letters are embossed, too.  add a little leaf under the hearts, so elegant.  Thanks for looking!  Carol Smith
