Our color for today

Our inspiration picture

Distressed colors

WOW!  I don't know how it happened, but it loaded!  Halleluiah!!!  Anyway, I distressed everything on the edges, either by folding it and roughing it up, or by inking it.  OR both.  It's hard to see.  I hope you like it.  The link you came from is Amanda's www.ourcraftyplaydate.blogspot.com and the one you are going to is Helen's at www.bluedahliadesigns.blogspot.com.    Thanks for coming back.  Carol Smith

Coloring Down the Lines-Laura's pick/box card

Hello ladies, I apologize to everyone!  We slept in this morning, as my hubs is off this week.  So sorry- Welcome from Amanda's blog atwww.ourcraftyplaydate.blogspot.com.I did not get to see it yet, but I know it will be beautiful.  We all did soomething different with the side piece, so I selected a box card.  These are fun to do.  I have a little girl from church who needs cheering up, so I think this will do the trick.  I used all the colors on this one.  Pictachio Pudding, Pear Pizazz, Old Olive, Soft Suede, Real Red, and Tempting Turquoise.  Wow!  Lots of color.  You can pick them out. Lets' see what Helen made for us today.  I is always a wow factor...  www.bluedahliadesigns.blogspot.com.  Come back again next week  It will be awesome too.  Thanks for visiting. CarolSmith

Coloring Down the Lines- Colored Grass

Happy Wednesday to you, and that means it's blog hop day!  You've just come from Amanda's blog atwww.ourcraftyplaydate.blotspot.com.  I know her card is gorgeous!  This is what I created:  I chose colors as close to the swatches as I thought I could:  For the flower, I used Always Artichoke, Perfect Plum and Wisteria Wonder.  and the background was made using Crisp Cantaloupe, Pear Pizazz, and Coastal Cabana.  our side kick was to use Ribbon.  I kinda like how this turned out, so let me know what you think of it.  I added a few crystals for more bling.  Now on to Joni's creation.  She's so crafty, I know you'll love what she has for us.  www.joniinthespotlightstamping.com thanks for visiting.  Carol Smith

A case for ya

Good Monday to you  ladies!  This is something I cased, I couldn't resist it.  I think it is so fancy.  And it can be used for any occasion!    It is just stamped in soft suede and on the brown paper, you stamp in early espresso, and then use versa mark and emboss it again in white.  Hope it inspires you, too!  Thanks for visiting.  Carol Smith
