Coloring Down the Lines

Good morning, ladies, and welcome from Amanda's blog.  www.ourcraftyplaydate.blogspot.com  I know she has a beautiful entry for us, as always.  So crafty, that girl!  Our colors for today (I think, because I lost my list) were Very Vanilla, Crumb Cake, Always Artichoke, Mossy Meadow, black and Chocolate Chip.  Anyway, I used the new Festival of Trees and added a tag.  I sponged on the vanilla over my embossed background and put my trees on an oval.  Hope you like it, it's really so much prettier in person. I can't wait to see what Helen did this week.  www.bluedahliadesigns.blogspot.com  Thanks so much for visiting, and enjoy the rest of the hop and the rest of your week.  Come  back again.  Carol Smith

Coloring Down the Lines

Good morning everyone-  still cold here!  Amanda is not with us today, so you've just come from the beginning, with Robbie, our founder of coloring down the lines- www.inkedx2.blogspot.com.   Our colors for today were Sahara Sand, Basic Gray, Cajun Craze, Pumpkin Pie, Crushed Curry, and Smoky Slate.  When I look at the inspiration photo, I saw  those leaf colors again, and pulled out my "Four Feather" stamp set and made one like a few weeks ago, only different hues.  Good Greetings made a nice salutation for it too.  It's hard to preceed Helen, because she always has that Wow factor going.  Let's go see www.bluedahliadesigns.blogspot.com   .  I hope you are enjoying our little hop so far.  Thanks for visiting.   Carol Smith

Coloring Down the Lines

Welcome, friends!  Amanda has a really pretty entry, doesn't she?  www.ourcraftyplaydate.blogspot.com  Our colors for today were Soft Sky, Pistachio Pudding, Basic Black, Perfect Plum, Soft Suede, and Crumb Cake.  I used the stamp set "Long-Time Friend".  It is long retired, but new to me, got it off etsy and I was anxious to ink it up.  How did it come out, do you think?  Very subtle colors together, Robbie does a great job picking out those tones for us.  I am really anxious to see what Helen did, because she is good at putting those selected colors to use. www.bluedahliadesigns.blogspot.com.  Huh?  What did I tell you.  Come back again, and thanks for visiting.  Carol Smith
