Elements of style
Hi ladies, a few posts today. I had to get a new camera. I wore the other one out. I love these, they are so feminine. I embossed the cream cardstock with white powder, then watercolored them in and cut them apart to make the 3 panels. Then I used my versamark pen and put embossing powder on the edge. One is is gold, and the other one in pewter. the backgroung is also embossed from a folder. Add a pretty ribbon. Any occasion. thanks for visiting... Carol Smith
Silhouettes
From the heart: a stamp I got in the $1 bin. Anyway, the silhouette stamp is quickly becoming my fave!!! I may try to make a wreath with it. so look for that soon. I embossed some hearts, and put 3 across for a border instead of a ribbon this time. Different... Thanks for visiting. Carol Smith
More of these
I had to keep making these with the little silhouette stamp! It is soooo useful. and cute! I especially like the blue one. Put on a salutation later. Thanks for looking. Carol Smith

Tres' Chic & Sunny Morning Chat Challenge
Hi, ladies, This is my creation for the red white and blue Sunny Morning Chat challenge over at http://www.butternutsagedesigns.blogspot.com/. This is an old Tre's Chic stamp that I embossed in pewter, and stamped the star (can't think what it's called) in embossed white. and added a little crystal on the flower in it. Mounted it in red, and it is POPPIN'! Love it. Hope you enjoy it. Come on over to the challenge, and see all our creations. Carol Smith
Apothecary Art
Hey, ladies, these were fun. I made them for the challenge also, but when I made the other one, I decided to post it instead... but this is just 2 ways you can use the apothecary stamp. The blue ink is embossed, gives it more interest, and doesn't have to be patriotic. Can be used any time of the year. Enjoy and thanks for looking. Carol Smith
Language of friendship-Manhattan flower folder
