Sunny Morning Challenge-Explosion Box
Hi, Ladies! Come on over to the Sunny Morning chat at butternut sage design chat on Monday at 10:00. This challenge was a lot of fun! I had to google an explosion box to find out just what they were, however, and it gave me the dimensions and directions. Cool. Anyway, we have 3 pugs that I used for my theme. Petey, Benny and Woody. My husband calls them The Boys. Hope you enjoy it. I did! Carol Smith
Explosion Box-inside
This is the inside of my explosion box! Filled with cute pictures of "The Boys", as my husband calls them. :) This was a really fun project. Now I have a conversation piece sitting in the living room to open up and enjoy. Thanks, Donna. Talk to ya later. Carol Smithhttp://www.butternutsagedesigns.blogspot.com/

Thoughts and Prayers
Yellow is not one of my favorite colors, until lately. It is so complimentary to a lot of colors. Anyway, I like to use mini brads in the centers of these tiny flowers. It adds dimension yet compliments the stamp. This would look wonderful in any color combination... like navy... green... Thanks for looking. Carol Smith
Thoughts and Prayers
A lot of times, I won't put a salutation on my cards until I need it. That way, I can use it for any occasion. Talk to ya later. Carol Smith

New Punches
I got some new punches for Christmas, they are Martha Stewart punches, but they make beautiful borders. I saw a tutorial on using corner punches around circles, ovals, and borders, so naturally, I had to try it too! The green one is hard to see, but I have solid green behing the cream, just like the blue card. And I also got a butterfly. Cute! They are easy to use. Give it a try. You can see a tutorial on Maria's Craft blog. See ya later. Carol Smith (Crafty Maria's Stamping World)
