Coloring Down the Lines-Always Artichoke

Good morning, ladies!  I nearly forgot to post.  Whew!!  This week's color is Always Artichoke, and I chose to put wisteria wonder and crumb cake wi th it.  I wonder what Amanda made for us at www.ourcraftyplaydate.blogspot.com.  She is so creative, I know I'll love it once again.  As soon as I saw the colors for this week, I knew what stamp set I needed to use. "Love & Sympathy" fit the bill, because it needed a green stem.  I hope you like it.  I added a button and some crystals to set it off. I peeked and have to say that Helen has outdone herself once again.  www.bluedahliadesigns.blogspot.com.  I just LOVE her style.  Thanks for visiting, and have a great day!  Carol Smith

Coloring Down the Lines-Tempting Turquoise

We have a very small lineup today, but I'm sure it won't be short on ideas and beautiful work, like Robbie's card.  Gorgeous-   www.inkedx2.blogspot.com.  Today's colors are tempting turquoise with real red and tangerine tango, OR (my choice), tempting turquoise with rich razzleberry and pumpkin pie.  I saw this somewhere else and knew right away that I wanted to do it for this challenge, so I used the swallowtail stamp and grounded it with crumb cake and added my colors on top.  The salutation is from Best of Greetings. The more I look at it, the more I like it.  Let's go see what Helen has been working on for us.  I know it will be fabulous, always is...  www.bluedahliadesigns.blogspot.com.   I hope you are enjoying your day today.  Thanks for visiting.  Carol Smith

Coloring Down the Lines-Tangerine Tango

Welcome from Amanda's wonderful blog at www.ourcraftyplaydate.blogspot.com.  She is so talented, I don't know how she does it!  Our color today is Tangerine Tango with Tempting Turquoise and Old Olive, OR Tangerine Tango with So Saffron and pacific point.  I chose the first one, because I thought they blended well.  And blend I did.  I was in the mood for emboss resist technique, so I embossed everything from Regarding Dahlias and leaf from Betsy's Blossoms, and just sponged on my colors.  I used the scallop punch down the side and added a ribbon. I didn't think it needed a salutation, because it would be too busy.  Hope you like it.  Let's go see what Helen has for us, I can't wait to see, because she is a genius!  www.bluedahliadesigns.blogspot.com.    Enjoy your journey through our hop.  come join us every week.  Thanks for visiting, Carol Smith

Coloring Down the Lines- Rich Razzleberry

Welcome from seeing Amanda's beautiful card.  www.ourcraftyplaydate.blogspot.com.  She always has something unique and inspiring for us.  Today is no exception.  This week's color was Rich Razzleberry with Old Olive and Pumpkin Pie, OR Rich Razzleberry with Basic Gray and Black.  Nothing came to mind for the first color choices, so I went with the neutrals.  I had a stamp from Judith, www.stampsbyjudith.com that I couldn't wait to use. He's so cute! Check her out, she has so many nice stamps.  Everything is embossed in black powder and the cardstock is dry embossed with the stripe folder and I just brayered the razzleberry onto that.  Hope you like it.  Let's go see what Helen made for us today, I can't wait to see because she always has a crisp, gorgeous idea waiting.  What a gal, that Helen!  :)  www.bluedahliadesigns.blogspot.com.  Enjoy your hop and thanks for visiting.  Carol Smith
