Carol's Cards

Good Day, ladies. this card is Cased, but i love it. It is embossed in white, and I sponged Soft suade over it. The background i folded the corners in and put it through the crimper. Unfold and mount the fruit over the center. Wrap string around and fasten with an antique brad. Can be a masculine card. Try it... Carol Smith
Because I care
Hi, ladies. This card is absolutely gorgeous in person. It just "Happened" to put itself together like this. I had no previous idea, just bits and pieces. The berries have the crystal glue on them, and the words are embossed in white. I punched the edge of the card, and put an embossed background beside it. Tell me what you think. Thanks. Carol Smith
simply soft
These cards are copied from Stamping with Klass- "I hope you don't mind, Bonnie". I made these for my church to have on hand when needed for corporate signing. I think they are very beautiful. Thanks for the idea, and I hope you enjoy them. Carol Smith

Sunny Morning Chat Challenge
Ladies, come join us over at our chat challenge at http://www.butternutsagedesigns.blogspot.com/ and see what we are making! This week was brayering, which I'm VERY green at, but I did it. I just brayered some orange, yellow, and olive on a whole sheet of cardstock to look like a plaid, and then cut it into quarters. I then embossed the hello doily into the corner in white, and put a quarter of a doily die on top with ribbon. Then I stamped the "so sweet" stamp and embossed that with the emboss oval frame. Color. And I also embossed across the bottom with the hearts strip emboss folder. WOW! I had NO idea what would happen, but I like it. Most of my cards happen that way. (divine intervention) Hope you enjoy it.

So Sweet
Hey ladies, I just made this one this evening. I had some pieces laying on my work space, and this is what happened to them. Turned out pretty cute. I just embossed the cardstock, and rubbed ink over it, and put my image on a circle, and put glitter on the outside edge. A double bow, and I'm done. Do you like it? Thanks for looking. Carol Smith
