Welcome to our Wednesday color hop! You've just come from Amanda's blog at www.ourcraftyplaydate.blogspot.com. She is always making something cool... Just like today. Our color today is Garden Green with Calypso coral and soft sky. OR garden green with so saffron and melon mambo I chose the first, because I don't have any so saffron. I would never put these together, but this challenge showed me that they're not that bad. I used glossy paper, and stamped the grunge stripe all over it. Then on soft sky, I stamped the single star and some polymer snowflakes and the wording. Don't miss the grunge stripes embossed with dazzling diamonds! Let me know how it looks to ya. Let's go see what that talented Helen made for us, it's always a WOW factor! www.bluedahliadesigns.blogspot.com. Thanks for visiting, and have a great day. Stay tuned for next week's challenge. We're gonna mix it up! carol smith

Daughter's Wedding Anniversary
Hello, and Happy Friday, everyone! I had my daughter's 10th anniversary last week, and I made this card for them. They are so happy, they are expecting their first baby! God is so good! Anyway, hearts were the symbol of how we all feel. I just did an emboss resist technique on my stamps and made a label for it and added some wide ribbon on the side. She used these fall colors in her wedding. Let me know how you feel about it. Thanks for visiting. Carol Smith

Coloring Down the Lines-Crushed Curry
Good morning from Amanda's blog at www.ourcraftyplaydate.blogspot.com. She is always making sometime unique and cool, right? This week's color is Crushed Curry with Melon Mambo and pumpkin pie OR Crushed Curry with Island Indigo and Real Red. I chose the latter, I thought this was a hard combo. It's been rainy and gloomy here lately, so I thought it was appropriate to use umbrellas. I used Rain or Shine stamp set, and the heart is from Sweetly Framed. I took the priveledge of making 2 cards today. I was on a roll. lol- Let's see what our Helen made for us at www.bluedahliadesigns.blogspot.com. I know it will be fabulous! (always is). Coloring Down the Lines-Cherry Cobbler
Happy Wednesday, ladies! You are enjoying our color hop from Amanda's site at www.ourcraftyplaydate.blogspot.com. I know that her card is awesome as usual. She's so clever, that girl. Our colors this week are Cherry Cobbler with Daffodil Delight and Early Espresso OR Cherry Cobbler with Calypso Coral and Night of Navy. I chose the first colors, because of all the beautiful leaves coloring up, which inspired me to use the maple leaf. I stamped it in cherry cobbler and sponged on the daffodil delight and rocked on the espresso. I wonder if Helen is using a Fall theme today. Lets' go see- www.bluedahliadesigns.blogspot.com. Whatever she made, it will inspire all of us, too. Enjoy your day and thanks for visiting. Carol Smith

Coloring Down the Lines-Cajun Craze
Hi ladies, and welcome to our color hop. It's a short list today, but it won't be short on talent! Always exciting ideas, and Amanda's no exception! Her card is awesome, no? www.ourcraftyplaydate.blogspot.com. Our colors today were to use Cajun Craze with Bermuda Bay and Crushed Curry, OR Cajun Craze with Perfect Plum and Always Artichoke. I chose the latter, because I don't have crushed curry, and with the other choices, I saw Fall colors. So I used a stamp from Judith, and sponged on all the colors. A little washed out, but it's pretty in person. I hope you like it. Now lets hop on over to Helen's site at www.bluedahliadesigns.blogspot.com. I get so much inspiration from her. That girl! Have a great day and thanks for visiting. Carol Smith
